Thank Evans aim to match clients and child carers in the best possible way to provide a harmonious and stable environment and are available for help and advice, both to clients and staff. We interview all applicants personally, examine police records through an application to the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and check and undertake at least two written references.
Thank Evans are sensitive to the individual requirements of our clients. As such, we are able to provide staff for small or large hour positions and where possible (typically regular hours contracts) aim to provide the same child carer to ensure continuity of care. Temporary cover can also be provided to we aim to offer but not guarantee cover when your existing carer is off for holiday/sickness or on courses etc.
By allowing Thank Evans to employ your child carer, we take on the responsibility for all employment paperwork involved, i.e. contracts, holiday pay, tax NI and Employer’s Contributions. Staff meetings, training and appraisals are also covered by Thank Evans and included in the published rates.
To be included when returning the completed registration form
Contracts will also be charged an annual re-registration fee on the anniversary of the initial registration at the current rate
Where any registration is terminated and later restarted, the current registration fee will once again apply
